Located on the first floor, the apartment opens onto a charming shared courtyard, the kind that forms part of Vejer’s soul. The entire property is arranged over one comfortable, well-designed floor.
On entering, you step directly into a bright, open-plan space combining the living area, dining area and a practical, well-equipped kitchen. The apartment also has a spacious bedroom and a modern shower room.
It can accommodate up to three guests, as well as the main bedroom, the living area has a sofa bed, making it an ideal option for couples with one child.

Rosario Street is pedestrianised and vehicle access is limited.
The nearest parking area is around 200 metres away, on Paseo de las Cobijadas, although this may be slightly further during high season.
Private parking can also be reserved on request, subject to availability.
