Casa ad Mare has been designed and prepared to be enjoyed at any time of year, whether in summer or winter. Each bedroom can be arranged as a double bed or two single beds, depending on guests’ needs. In addition, a second spacious guest living room on the semi-basement level, with natural light and ventilation, together with the adjoining bedroom and a generous bathroom, provides a large and independent area that can be transformed into a comfortable guest apartment.

Its outdoor areas and gardens are designed for year-round open-air living: a large travertine marble dining table next to a spacious seating area under the main façade’s glass-enclosed porch, a lawn area for relaxing, an outdoor kitchen zone, and a wonderful open-air shower with hot water complete the experience.
