The space is dressed with unique elements: Chesterfield sofas, subtle ambient lighting, original artworks from Cádiz and Morocco, and framed prints that bring personality and cohesion to the whole. The result is a comfortable home with a carefully considered design.
Strategically located, it is just a few steps from tapas bars, the food market, boutique shops, and all the amenities of the historic center.
The main entrance is set on a quiet pedestrian street and leads into a spacious hall with a Juliet-style balcony, hinting at the home’s character.
A few steps lead to a spacious and welcoming living-dining room, where oak flooring and Art Deco lighting create an immersive, enveloping atmosphere. A velvet sofa, leather armchairs, and an oak dining table for six sit beneath high ceilings with wooden beams, adding a sense of space and character. The kitchen, integrated and custom-made, is fully equipped and features a Belfast sink, Duritti tiles, and a marble countertop. There is also a separate guest toilet on this floor.
An elegant marble staircase leads to the first floor, where a second living room unfolds with Italian stone flooring, an Art Deco–inspired sofa, and two walnut and bouclé armchairs. French linen curtains dress the windows overlooking the street, while a bar cabinet and a mirror complete the space with a sophisticated touch.
The master bedroom, with a 180 cm bed, combines a handcrafted headboard with a leather armchair, creating a serene and thoughtfully designed atmosphere. Draped curtains separate the walk-in closet, fitted with custom-made wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and bright, featuring a 1.7 m shower, double washbasin, vanity area, and a separate WC.
The bathrooms throughout the house stand out for their Italian tiles and bronze fittings, while natural light is amplified by large windows and a floor-to-ceiling mirror.
The second double bedroom (150 cm bed), located on the ground floor, has access both from inside the house and via a separate entrance from the street. Decorated in neutral tones, it offers a शांत and restful atmosphere and features a separate washbasin and a private bathroom, making it an ideal option for two couples or a family with older children.
From the master suite, a staircase leads up to the rooftop, a space designed to enjoy the outdoors and the views. The terrace features an outdoor dining area, a fully equipped summer kitchen (ice machine, drinks fridge, dishwasher, and glassware), a laundry area with WC, washing machine and dryer, and a charcoal barbecue. A Moroccan-inspired chill-out corner invites you to unwind with views of the church, the castle, and the ancient walls. Facing southeast, the terrace enjoys sunlight for most of the day and becomes the perfect spot to end the day after a beach day on the Costa de la Luz.
PARKING
The house has a private parking space located 300 m away. It is also possible to drop off luggage and shopping closer to the house, but please note that at times the surrounding streets may be closed due to local festivities.
