A characterful 17th-century house, located within the walled enclosure of Vejer de la Frontera. It sits on a quiet pedestrian street and is arranged over three levels, preserving the charm of its original architecture.
On the upper floor, a terrace invites you to enjoy open views of the walls, the Parque Natural de La Breña y Marismas del Barbate, the coastline, and, on especially clear days, even the silhouette of Morocco on the horizon.
The house is arranged around a beautiful interior courtyard covered with a glass roof, where its original columns and arches continue to define the character of the space. From here, you access a pleasant living area, the kitchen, and a guest toilet.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with 160 cm and 150 cm beds, along with a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, a third bedroom with a 90 cm single bed opens onto a 20 m² terrace with open views of the marshlands of Marismas de Barbate and the coastline.
It is a historic home, carefully restored by the owners of Hotel La Casa del Califa, preserving its essence intact.
The location is excellent: just 3 minutes from the Plaza de España, 1 minute from the castle, and very close to restaurants, bars, and shops.
Parking
You can park on the street about 100 metres from the property (sometimes a bit further). It is also possible to drive up to around 50 metres to make loading and unloading easier.
Due to the characteristics of the historic centre, with narrow streets and restricted access, the welcome team will meet you at an accessible point and accompany you comfortably to the house.
